Steve Walrath is a broadcast and business professional who took a small, single radio station and transformed it into 6 multi-national companies doing business in the US, Canada and Australia. With his international success, Steve began teaching Executive Leadership and Customer Focus skills on three continents to such companies as General Motors, Trek Bicycles Worldwide, Roman Meal Bread Company, Kansas Medical Society, FBI, U.S. Navel Academy, New Scotland Yard, Royal Canadian Mounted Police and hundreds more.

Steve is the immediate Past President of Crime Stoppers International with responsibilities over 1200 programs in 17 countries. He initiated a global partnership with the United Nations Office of Drug and Crime in Vienna, completing the worldwide re-organization structure of CSI and created the Crime Stoppers International Foundation. Steve lead the first ever United Kingdom/European Crime Stopper summit held in London to strategically plan for Crime Stopper expansion throughout the Middle East, South Africa, and India.
The “GreenLight New Hire Integration” and “Leadership University” curriculum he wrote and teaches is used in a broad range of business and education fields, including health care, law enforcement, high tech., financial and manufacturing sectors.
Steve has also taught Entrepreneurship and Business Leadership for the University of Wisconsin and the University of British Columbia, co-founding Centers for Entrepreneurship in the U.S. and Canada.

He has earned the YMCA’s of America Key Leader Award and has trained field agents for the FBI, CIA , New Scotland Yard and Royal Canadian Mounted Police in leadership, adult learning techniques, and the new Generation X and Y mindset and work habits.
In addition to being a frequent conference keynote and workshop presenter, Steve has appeared on television and radio programs worldwide. He is the author of three books; “8 Steps to Start a Revolution,” “Uncommon Sense for Unreasonable Times,” and “A Divorced Parent’s Guide to Seeing Your Kids: what judges, attorney’s and your ex haven’t told you.”
Steve earned his Master’s Degree in Business Management and is a graduate of Harvard Law School Executive Negotiation Program. He resides between Wisconsin and Toronto, Canada and has three children, Donny, age 24, Trevor, age 22, and Stacy, age 20.
