PHASE I: An intense, learning process that combines computer based training, assessments, coaching and simulated work experiences.
Outcome: Understand the strengths and weaknesses of the new hire, uncover hidden attitudes that may be contrary to a positive work environment, demonstrate the cognitive and mechanical skills necessary for successful employment and provide an individual road map for future training.
PHASE II: A closely monitored mentor system that provides hands-on training in the actual work environment.
Outcome: Provide the new hire with the human example of the principles learned in Phase I. Provide a safety net for immediate feedback and adherence to standards and practices. Formulate the right habits within the first two weeks of employment. Also providing the mentor with foundational leadership skills and attitudes for future advancement.
PHASE III: Final evaluation of skills and attitudes for both the mentor and new hire. Formulate a work plan for the first two to eighteen months of employment.
Outcome: Establish a system ensuring the right people are working in their right roles and advancing for future management, supervisor and leadership positions.
